Covenant Violation Handling Procedure

.The purpose of the covenant is to help build a sense of pride in our community and ensure each neighbor is doing their part to keep our community looking the best. In accordance with this the Misty Glen HOA Board has been vested with the duty of ensuring that our community stays in the best condition that it can. Unfortunately, sometimes this means that we have to inform neighbors that they are in violation of the covenant. Below you will find the Covenant Violation Handling Procedure, we are sharing this information so that all parties have a clear understanding of what to expect if they are contacted by the Board about a covenant violation.
